We collect only what you choose to submit:

• Free-scan request: your name, email address, whether you are evaluating a deal or own a hotel, and your confidentiality acknowledgment.

We do not accept document uploads on this website. Documents for a scan or engagement are shared later through a secure link we send by email.

Like most websites, our hosting provider may record basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, for security and reliability.

• To respond to your inquiry or scan request.
• To send an NDA and secure upload link when you request a scan.
• To evaluate whether we can help and to prepare any requested work.
• To keep the website secure and prevent abuse.

Financial and operating information about a property is treated as confidential. It is used only to evaluate your inquiry and perform the requested work, and access is limited to the review team. See our Confidentiality page for details.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not use it for third-party advertising.
